Things I thought I was paying for, but did not receive: 1) All file formats 2) Vector file 3) Actual source files (the sample jpg is not a source file...) 4) I had to request the 3rd concept that I paid for Pros: 1) Responded in a timely fashion Cons: 1) Tried to give me a VERY slightly altered copyrighted image 2) Had trouble interpreting some revision requests, presumably due to language barrier
