EXCELLENT communication, though it is hard to communicate specifics through messaging.1st puffy design was nearly perfect, but some of the outline was hidden so my first revision was to widen the outline a little. Revision came back too dense, so I asked to go back to the first design and just make it less dense. Rating is based on communication and stitchout of the design as a non puffy design. I only used 2 of 3 revisions, after being told that would be the last one. Every specific in the original request was completed, just small adjustments were needed. Seller revised, but the design is still very dense and flattens out the puffy foam. Time Zone and Language Barrier was NO ISSUE!
